All airlines have an English language version for their app. Why not Japan Airlines?

It is just not OK for a major airline not to offer the choice of the language in their settings. JAL is an official airline of the 2020 Olympics... Well, if this is how Japan wants to welcome foreigners!

Astonishing that this app is only available in Japanese. Shameful. Every other airline has an English version.

Please also provide an English version of the app for your non-Japanese customers!

Why is it so hard to work out an English version for international customers? Please do it.

The second largest airline in Japan is not able to offer any app in English... seems international customers are irrelevant for them.

This is a fantastic idea for an app, however you must make this available with an English version! I fly numerous trips with JAL every year and would like to be able to use this app for convenience, as well Im sure there are numerous others from North America who would make great use of this app

How can an international flag carrier not offer multi-language support? I’ve certainly seen non-Japanese people on my JAL flights. Prime example of corporate Japan’s cluelessness and a microcosm of why Japan is is so much economic trouble these days. If my specific business route offered an ANA flight, I’d never even think about flying JAL.

I think this is the only airline app in the world that has no English option. Cant wait for Japan to enter the 21st century...

How is it that a global and prominent airline develops its iOS app strictly in Japanese?

Could not find a way to translate this app in English, it seems to be only in Japanese. Very frustrating as I was planning to use this app as I am traveling to Japan on Japan Airlines

No translation for English customers. This app should not be in the US App Store.

Im Japanese But Ill never use this App!! Why this app is only for Japanese people?? If this App is for only Japanese people, please release only in a Japanese App store!!

The app is unusable even though JAL placed it in the US store...

They should provide an English version.
