Japanese language only?

News frash. Japanese is not the only language on earth. Make this app using an internationally used language please.

Japanese only

Im JMB international member, but I cant log in with my JMB number. This app is only for Japanese, not only for language but also people. I dont understand why they put this app on US App Store.

It is junk. Only in Japanese. It should be removed from all non Japanese App Stores.

Worlds Airline App

What a joke! This app is incomprehensible. Its in Japanese with no obvious way to have it translated into English. Why in the world would JAL airline do this? It is the something every American traveler who frequents this airline

English Language Option

Why do you even bother to allow people to get your application when you provide no option for English or any other script/language? I wasted half an hour with this. I hold a Japan airlines ticket and can neither find my reservations nor get anywhere. Please stop offering your mobile app!

No other language options??

Whats the purpose of having a mobile app that only supports one language? If you want to be an international carrier, then you have to provide global language options--- otherwise youre just pretending. Sad.

English/Spanish

It would be if the app had English or Spanish versions

It keeps saying incorrect username/password but I have no issue with my username/password on web version. Moreover, when I tried to reset the password, it shows “error, Japanese residents only.” SERIOUSLY? Then why you put this app on US app store? Also, although I have no problem reading Japanese, other languages option is needed.

JAL you are behind the times as usual

Finally you come out with an app but to no surprise it only serves the Japan market. No English offered. JMB American region members cant use it.

Pointless

Whats the point of this app if there is no English version and you cant add your eticket to your passbook like you can with other major airlines?? Also, they dont have an app for Apple watch like Delta and Air France!!??

This app is only in Japanese

English support.

Would be helpful to have an English version, too. Other than that, looks like a decent app.
