No English? Seriously?
How can an international flag carrier not offer multi-language support? I’ve certainly seen non-Japanese people on my JAL flights. Prime example of corporate Japan’s cluelessness and a microcosm of why Japan is is so much economic trouble these days. If my specific business route offered an ANA flight, I’d never even think about flying JAL.
